Candidateís ProfileAdmission

Applicantís profile

The program is designed for Masterís graduates specialized in fields of the social or environmental sciences and the humanities. Applicants must have previous research experience, an interest in interdisciplinary work, and a professional or research output that evidences their interest in acquiring an interdisciplinary training in the field of development studies. They must enroll full-time and focus on one of the research areas offered by the program.

DBecause of the programís nature and orientation, the presence of foreign students, especially from the Latin American region, is particularly desirable. It remains, however, focused on the existing demand in the state of Zacatecas, a region characterized by high rates of internal and international migration and a substantial lack of progress in practically every area of development.
